Such a burden to bear

This is how Jeff found Lily asleep on the lounge chair after lunch the other day...

Just as well she did rest up though as that night we had the Daycare Christmas concert which was fantastic (no seriously it was!)  I may be biased though because my little boy was the star of the show - literally the star that goes on top of the christmas tree AND he had to sing a solo.  He was so very impressive with his confidence and his singing ability - check out the look of concentration on his face!

Lily also participated in the concert with all the other 2 year olds from her daycare room.  If you can call standing there side on to the crowd looking as bewildered as you can with a face mask on, participating.  This was the best shot I could get of her during the show.

And this was the look on her face during their last song - I don't think she opened her mouth once - but I still think she did a great job not to crack it and run of the stage crying like half the kids in her group (and like Tom did last year)
